PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN ADAM LEE AND MANJULA ARIARATNAM (TRADING AS MANJARI)

Take notice that the partnership between the British Musician/Producer Adam Lee and Manjula Ariaratnam (trading as "Manjari") has not been dissolved in accordance with the law of Victoria and the Partnership Act 1958.

On the 29th March 2007 Dwyer & Co Solicitors placed an advert in the Victorian Government Gazette that the partnership between Adam Lee and Manjula Ariaratnam was dissolved on 14th June 2005. There is no record in the official Gazette or, any other publication that the partnership, "Manjari" has ever been dissolved on or from 14th June 2005 to date.

Matters relating to the partnership have been and continue to be dealt with in a partnership dispute in the Chancery Division at the High Court of Justice in London where Miss Ariaratnam was ordered on the 20th December 2006, by The Honourable Mr Justice Patten to disclose documents relating to the partnership "Manjari".

On the 20th February 2007, Miss Ariaratnam was found guilty of contempt of Court by The Honourable Mr Justice Kitchen in a hearing in the Chancery Division at the High Court of Justice in London for failing to disclose documents relating to the partnership "Manjari". The Honourable Mr Justice Kitchen found that she had breached the Order for disclosure in relation to the partnership "in a grievous way".

On the 23rd April 2007, Miss Ariaratnam made a further application to the High Court of Justice seeking to overturn the decisions of The Honourable Mr Justice Patten and Mr Justice Kitchen. The application which was heard by The Honourable Mr Justice David Richards was dismissed on the grounds that there was no evidence to substantiate her unfounded claims
